Cancelled order gift card issue

I placed an order for a Samsung TV which I used two dell gift cards from a previous purchase for.

The order subsequently got cancelled months later and now they are not reissue the gift cards saying they are expired. The gift cards total $590 dollars so this is a huge amount of money which I'm not receiving back.

Can someone please help me in recovering the gift cards I earned from an order that I did not cancel?
