Cannot Cancel Subscriptions

The Dell website will now allow me to cancel my support subscriptions. The website appears to allow me to click the 'cancel' button, but then I get a blank webpage. And my credit card keeps getting billed. It is set to auto-renew soon. And there is no way to contact Dell support. This is scary!

I have replied to the private messages with the requested information and have not heard back on my request to cancel my subscription and get a refund for last month as I've been trying for over a month to cancel.
