Comenity Bank

If you have a Dell account through Comenity Bank beware. I had purchase a desktop from Dell and set it up at Comenity Bank on a 12 month payment. First two months payment cleared no problem. Third  month the payment wasn't clear until 10 days later. So I pay off the loan on the fourth month with the late charge. Guess what? Got a statement saying I owe a late charge on the pay off. Post office said it should take 3-4 days or maximum of 5 days to reach their office. So how could it be 10 days late? If you paid by check, mail your payment the next day after receiving it and post day the payment date on the check and hopeful it will clear on time.
