Consolidate Gift Cards

I have a few Dell gift cards (not the promotional ones and don't expire) and need to consolidate them into a single one in order to use them for an online order. I have called the customer service multiple times and provided my gift card numbers following the instruction in the webpage below:

The rep recorded my gift card numbers and promised to complete the consolidation in 48 hours. However, it has been over two weeks and the balance on those gift cards are still not consolidated. It took a long time to read all those card numbers over the phone but still no progress was made. Could someone help me with this matter?
