Customer Service Feedback

I received great service from a Dell technician on my Alienware m18 R2, but never got the chance to give feedback, which I think is unfair to the technician, who went above and beyond to help, as he even helped me install a new SSD free of charge. I unfortunately missed the 7 day window to provide feedback as I missed the survey email.
