Customer support

I’m having an issue and can’t get through to any proper customer support. Every route I try just sends me in circles through technical support portals with no option to raise my actual complaint.

I’ve had to have the motherboard replaced on my Alienware M17 R5 and was charged over £300 for the repair. However, under my rights in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I don’t believe I should be liable for this cost.

Can anyone advise me on the correct pathway to escalate this or how I can get this resolved with Dell?

Contact whatever consumer authority is responsible for overseeing that act.
