Delivery Date Pending Issue

Hi,

Can someone from Customer Care please reach out to me regards a recent order I have made.

The order was made on the 17th of March 2026 and was expected to be delivered on the 18th of March 2026. After this date passed the status now says "Delivery Date Pending".

I have tried to use the suggested channels to get updates / resolve the issue but without success. On two occasions I have called and been told that I would get an email from the contact and nothing appeared. The second contact even said "you can trust me" when stating she would communicate an update by the end of the day.

As a previously happy customer, the individuals I have dealt with recently are really letting the company down.

I just want a resolution.
