Dell Cash missing after recent update
After the recent rewards maintenance, I'm missing around 800€ in Dell Cash. It didn't have any expiry date before, and now after the update it's suddenly gone.
I realize that Dell Rewards now have a 6-month expiry, but applying the expiry retroactively and WITHOUT WARNING is completely unfair. I've collected this over a long period of time and I would like to have this Dell Cash restored.
I've waited the 3-5 business days, but nothing has changed.
