Dell e promotional gift card

​I purchased an LG 70 inch tv in July which consist of a $300 e gift card. The promotional e gift card code was sent to my email but when I was ready to use it I could not find the email. I checked my trash which has mail stored from June but it was not there. It has been two weeks since I have been contacting customer service to resend the code to me and today is the last day before it expires. They are telling me that they are having an issue with my email because when they try to resend the code it will not allow them to do so. However, they are emailing me and I am receiving their message through the same email. Had I seen the many complaints in regard to these fraudulent gift card I would have never purchase anything from Dell. And how about having to speak to customer service rep. in India to assist you in U. S. A. These are the names of the customer service reps. who was supposed to resolve the issue: V V R Manasa Mintara-Case Specialist(OB | Dell Service Request# ) and Aslam Shaik( Service Request Number ).In this case, I used my dell account to purchase this product, so I will deduct the $300 from this payment. ​

I must say thanks to Aslam Shaik for readdressing this problem and having my e-gift card resend to me. However, in the future, I would appreciate that matters similar to this be resolved expeditiously to deter customers from becoming angry.
