Dell Financial Services
The Dell Financial Services page will not load AGAIN after I sign in. This has been going on for several days/at least since last month for me. It took several days to finally login and make a payment last month. No one wants to keep checking to see if the site is somehow working for several days each month. Is no one fixing the site so it will work properly? How can your financial services page not be a priority that problems still persist? Is there a specific day to login with no problems?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I have tried to log into my DPA account and only get an error page OR a blank page. I know they are going away shortly but the email I was sent said I could still access my account. What is going on, Dell? You also said you had an alternative financing coming and I see nothing. Who has 7000k laying around to buy a good desktop? Why are you not transparent with your customers? Why is your website so broken?
