Dell Lost My Package

It says it was shipped on the 12th, but Fedex hasn't received the package yet.

They said they would escalate my case to their logistics department, but I still haven't heard anything.

So now what do I do?

The order information says:

Package | Shipped with FEDEX GROUND | 2nd Day RPSI

But checking the tracking number with Fedex says that they only have the shipment information.

Dell's site even says, "Your order has reached your local carrier."

Also, people that ordered the same exact computer at the same time as me have already received theirs.

So either the computer was stolen or lost, but no one at Dell will tell me what's going on.

That initial shipment message means your system is on its way from the manufacturer to a Dell logistics site in  your home country. Bear in mind that notebooks are built in China, and desktops come either from China or Mexico.  If that is only a 3-day span between the shipping notification and the time Fedex takes possession, leave more time -- international shipping is taking far longer now than pre-pandemic.  It can take some time for the system to reach Fedex in your country (could be up to a couple of weeks).

Just bear in mind that "2nd day" starts AFTER the system is shipped from Dell in your country - NOT when it initially ships from the manufacturer in China.

And it's very possible with international shipping for two things to arrive at vastly different times.

I am going through the same situation. Everything says shipped on the 12th with delivery yesterday. After reading the replies to your note, all I can say is that Dell/Alienware needs to clarify the delivery system better. The thing that upsets me is that the shipping point is Texas. Not my fault for snow - we have alot of snow here in the Chicagoland area.
