Dell migrate, nothing works

Question

I have spent hours on this issue to no avail. It is Dell nonsense. Nothing works as they say. They are lying. Impression is that migrate tool is included in new purchase then they tell you that you need to purchase it. Or call some number etc. Ridiculous. Online Tutorial says click buttons that are not there. Download Assist and it's all an endless loop.

I am not paying for Dell Migrate. They should pay me for all my wasted time. It appears that 'buying' it is another waste of time.
