Dell Non-Terms CC Clean Up?
Hi,
Few days back I received a collection letter mentioning about a payment of $199.97. I have been a dell customer and at no point I used a credit agreement. all the items I bought were paid by credit card. so I don't understand why I received this letter. I tried calling the phone number multiple times and also I contacted dell many times on this but till now no one has sorted the issue.
I haven't received any letters or mails from Dell saying that I owe money and suddenly I see this letter which is totally unacceptable. this will leave a bad mark on my credit with no mistake from my side.

See if this applies to your situation.
Better to edit your post and remove all those numbers which might give somebody access to your personal info. :emotion-5:
