Can someone at Dell please get back to me on why this return hasn’t been processed, with no news on it since you received it 13 days ago (by your own emails). I just need to talk to a human being. Accepting returns and then not processing its refunds is a serious issue. You’ve charged me for two power bricks, yet I only have one. And no one will help.
I figured it out. It turns out I had already private messaged the same moderator account a week ago with no response. So I sent another with all my details again. Really hope someone there answers
How do I private message you? I received an automated private message when my original inquiry was deleted due to including the RMA number, so I replied to that message (a week ago) and received no response. I don’t see any option to private message you or anyone else.
