Hello I hope this will reach security managers at DELL

I purchased an XPS 15 9560 from DELL online back on 5/26/2017

the agent  (FROM INDIA) sent me to his supervisor (SHIVAMJEET_SINGH) to complete the purchase.

the supervisor jacked up the price $220 over the advertised price  I thought that was crazy and hung up in his face.  He called many times begged me and asked me to forgive him and he will honer the advertised price and how sorry he was he did not know.

He offered me a $100 gift certificate on top of advertised price,  I agreed to let go, and I purchased the laptop. 

1- I never received  the gift certificate from this lying person. 

2- I receive almost daily calls from INDIA hackers.  They have complete knowledge that 

I Purchase a computer from DELL with details only DELL should know and they need my IP address to fix some software issues....    I suspect this person SHIVAMJEET_SINGH  has not only cheated me but also gave my information out to hackers.
