Dell purolator problem

I ordered a laptop for a delivery. Purolator delayed my delivery for 2 days due to misconnection. Today, I waited home to receive the laptop but the purolator did not call the intelcom to access my apartment and just brought the laptop to pick up location that is more than 1 hr away from my place by public transportation. I work weekdays and cannot go to purolator during the working hours(and it is closed during weekend). The delivery service is seriously disappointing. Is it possible to get refund if I dont pick up within 5 days(which is the duration that putolator will keep the laptop)?
