Dell refuses to refund?

I am writing this post after trying ALL other options. My order number: (told to remove it from the public)

I returned an Alienware laptop to Dell about one month ago. After a week of it being delivered back I called support to ask about my refund. Support told me not to worry and it will be automatically issued after 15 business days. Well I waited well over 15 business days and called support again. This time I was told there is some issue and I needed to call the verification department at 1-866-383-4713. After speaking with them they told me this is outside their domain and I needed to call customer support back. So I called customer support back and was told the same thing, to contact the verification department. So I call them back again and was told the same thing. Tracking showing my order was delivered back to Dell: (told to remove from public).
