Dell Rewards gone

Yesterday I received an email about the new Dell Rewards policies, including changes to the expiration dates for Rewards.
Out of curiosity about what exactly had changed, I logged into my account. I noticed that my Rewards balance was significantly lower than expected. I previously had about 300 € in Dell Rewards (can't remember the exact figure), but when I logged in, only 90€ was shown.
This surprised me, as I was recently shown that no Rewards would expire in the near future.
To make sure that the 90 € shown was actually still available, I added it to a shopping cart as a test. However, after canceling the order, the 90 € also disappeared. Currently, I only have €1 in Rewards shown.
Therefore, I wanted to ask if you could help me recover my Rewards? I would be very grateful for your assistance.
