Dell Rewards Help #4
ONCE AGAIN I am thrown around here, there, and everywhere with still no answers as to whats going on.
I just won another $25 and I have not even received my other 2 rewards and they seem to have probably expired by now. What in the actual **bleep**.
All the links where broken by the way never sending me anywhere for any help but to a blank page saying sorry! Like how does that even happen?
I have sent the email below 3 times, called looked on all the pages like Dell do you even know whats going on? The customer service should not be this awful

i was apart of alienware before dell, because was interested in their rewards program. when i was going up in levels i was given the option to chose from many different rewards, one of those being $10.00 in DELL rewards. i then was sent the email (in the text below) saying "Your reward of $10.00 is now accessible in your Rewards Account and is ready to be redeemed". Following this i have just added another $20 onto that (only today) which would total $30. Now i expect the 20 not to be on there as of yet do to the fact i had just gotten that. In all this confusion of "click here for more details" i found myself lost and not getting my questions answered. your FAQ and ALL AROUND NFORMATION regarding your program and alienware is the most vague thing i have EVER seen. It offers NO INSIGHT as to how they are redeemed threw each others web pages, or how to get the points after you have been created them and sent the email of verification. Even after getting the email i was hoping it would offer some much needed help, and far more insight as to how to apply your rewards and use them. But instead the email was full of broken links, links to the same areas i had already been sent to, and unanswered questions. I'm not very computer savvy if you will, but i have never been more frustrated with this whole thing, and It makes me not want to even buy anything from the company. I mean when i have to look elsewhere for answers OUTSIDE of the company im trying to buy from that is a issue. im just trying to figure out how i use my $10 and my future $20, and if its something where i have to buy something first or if i can use them with doing that just that would be a great to know at least. they seem like such simple questions, with probably very simple answers that i can find no where on the DELL page. (hopefully you can prove me wrong and im just looking in the wrong area) I know it also says it can take 30 days to credit it to your account, in which case why would there be a email sent to me if it was not already credited? but the way i understood that, is if that was when you where getting them as a reward for purchasing a product, which i my case is not what is happening, the where rewarded to me threw alienware and their different rewards leveling options. But why would there be a email sent to me if it was not already credited? hopefully someone smarter then i can help me with this issue thanks note resending this hoping i can get a answer before my rewards expire i have looked everywhere once again but still with no luck.. can some one please help me thins time. i think last time i had gotten a email asking me to contact someone again...really???? i thought thats was what i was doing now?? this is getting ridiculous and the $30 is almost not even worth the fuss. definitely not feeling like a "valued" customer at all. a big hassle for something that does not seem like that big of a deal. you guys need to fix this system between your dell and alien sights or provide a better solution for people trying to find answers.

I never received a "order number" i received the first $10 and $20 months ago, like in December, January. I can forward you the emails i was sent with the information but there was never a order number attached
