Dell Rewards missing from Alienware Arena

Question

Hi,I recently made an Alienware Arena account with the same email as my Dell account but I have not received my Dell Rewards after more than 2 weeks. I made sure to join the Dell rewards program but it hasn't changed anything.I realize this is not a new issue and would like your help with this.  Thank you.
