Dell Rewards

Have over 3000 pending points, Ordered September 2021 Alienware X17 waited 3 months to receive it, now looking like waiting another 3 months for the reward points despite saying it should only take 30 business days. Seems like everything takes forever to sort out, surely things should be automated, just like my 36M quiet build McAfee purchased at time of order, that didn't kick in after the 30 day trial period, Dell technical couldn't solve it, ended up calling McAfee who sorted in 1 minute, please get your act together, things should run a lot smoother than they have done.
