Thanks for your reply. It is interesting that one of the features you specified is "Trigger image restore process from the hidden partition", because that is what I need. But, the ZIP file containing the KeyInTheCloud software is invalid, so when I download it the extraction fails with errors in zip file. That's why I want one of Dell's developers to re-zip the software, re-upload it to the web site, and let me know when the fixed file is available.
