Dell S3220DGF Replacement ask

My monitor can’t run 1440 at 120 hz and I need a replacement shipped out my edid thing is prior to June 2nd and my monitor name is The Dell S3220DGF also when I received the product I never opened it and when I pulled it out it was already cracked and we bought it from Best Buy I literally spent $450 dollars on a defective product I need my replacement also when I plugged it in it couldn’t even run at 1440p 120 hz so that’s another problem beside the crack that came with the product
