Dell Sales
I placed an order on 11/26/2024 and payed with Dell Pay account. I went through all the steps to verify my account to use it right away. Then my Dell order was cancelled on 11/27/2024 and no notification was given. I checked my account the 5 days later and it says the order was cancelled. So I tried placing another order for the same item but now it’s sold out. I ordered a different more expensive model and attempted Dell pay again. It was then denied because of a fraud alert. Why is ordering a Dell computer so hard?

I just applied for a Dell Pay account to make a black Friday purchase and I have had nothing but problems. They flagged my Dell purchased as fraud and the order was cancelled. Dell nor the bank even bother sending me any notification that the order was cancelled or that there was potential fraud. What kind of bank doesn't call or email the customer immediately if they suspect fraud? Wehn i called them they said they wait until the customer calls them. I think you are right they are unethical and don't know what they are doing. I bet Dell went with the lowest cost option by picking them.
