Dell shipped me an empty box
I ordered a Logitech MX wireless mouse on June 20th and it was sent via FEDEX Express. The package I received was empty with only the packing slip and bubble wrap inside. It did not appear to have been opened or tampered with during shipping. How can I receive a replacement item for my order of “air”?
