DELL SOA Email - Possible Scam?

We have received a suspicious email from

dellterms_arsupport@dell.com which asking for a remit payment. The email also comes with the following items within the email body:

• Attached Statement of Account (SOA) in Excel file/format
• URL: https*://mfm[.]dell[.]com/

The email also provides the following instructions:

• To direct all remittance advice to the following mailbox: ARpaymentdetails@dell.com
• To reach out to the collector who is copied directly to this e-mail: dellterms_arsupport@dell.com

It seems that the email has been send by someone named Mandal, Amit from the Dell Collections Team office.

Seeking kind advice if this email is actually legit, or should we proceed to block the original email sender (dellterms_arsupport@dell.com) in our email filtering tool.
