DFS Change to Comenity Ca
Recently I was called a rep from Comenity Capital Bank seeking payment. My account was 5 months in the rears and I was threatened if I did not pay. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and my monthly payments were handled by bank draft. I need someone to tell me why I was penalized with late fees when I had been making payment via bank draft. Comenity Capital did not seem to care!!!
