Did my order get canceled?
My order is showing as confirmed right now, an operator says it is in production but could give no more detail. This morning the funds appear to have been refunded to me as a "correction". Item is not supposed to ship until 8/4. I need to know if the money showing back up until shipping is normal or if it means my order is being canceled?

It's normal. There are laws governing the with-holding of funds ahead of shipment -- if the shipment is delayed, as this one clearly is, they cannot hold the funds.
Dell does not actually charge you until the item ships.
