Display not working I want to return the monitor

Hi Dell community, I ordered dell S2422HG monitor through Flipkart India and through open box policy I verified the product if any damage is there or not on delivery time, externally there are no any damages but when I turn on the monitor it's showing horizontal white lines on display and I tried to return the monitor through Flipkart India but unfortunately they are now saying that they don't return the product which is under open box check policy when delivered and they told me to contact dell service centre for further process, I don't know what to do please someone help me how to return this monitor in India
