DMI DELL CORP BUS
I recently made a purchase from dell for an Alienware gaming laptop, however right after I payed and order was received it got cancelled, I have a message from the bank clearly stating that 1746.35 USD has been debited to DMI*DELL CORP BUS. I am talking with the customer care and the people seem to be very shady/naïve about their company policy, I need the money urgently, How do I get my money back ASAP?

This is not Dell.

Since you did not receive anything dispute the charge with your bank.
