Email links dont work

Even a link I found on Support Assist  saying to rejoin the chat just goes to a new support chat link. How totally useless.

@DELL-Cares​ thanks not I'm not on latop now and will be off it for 4 days now dealing with my late brothers estate. I had the problem for 4 days

I have taken it back to the setup as the 12th now leaving out the Windows updates. But will not be able to to see if that's done anything untill back. I also used Revvo to uninstsll Dell Optimiser I was wrongly told install months ago by another member of support so that may have helped as well but as said it will be a few days before I will know.  I also did a f12 hardware and on line one neather found problems

It was doing the second f12 scan when I lost contact with the chat and found again the links sent just went to starting not the lost chat

@John_72bfd28​ Sorry it's 3 days not 4. Being dislexic and using my phone isn't  a good combination
