Escalation Immediately Required

Dell this is completely unacceptable. Three ETA delays for a replacement AW3926Qand still no resolution. I am extremely disappointed with Dell’s handling of my Alienware AW3926Q replacement. I logged my service case on 5 August 2026. Since then, Dell has given me three different replacement-part ETAs:

• 12 August — original ETA
• 19 August — ETA pushed back
• 28 August — ETA pushed back again

And every time, I receive essentially the same response: “Unfortunately, we’re experiencing some challenges in terms of the delivery of parts.”

At this point, this is no longer a reasonable service delay. This is a failure of customer service and case management.

I purchased an Alienware AW3926Q expecting a premium product backed by premium support. Instead, I have been left waiting while the promised repair date keeps moving further away, with no meaningful explanation, no firm resolution date and no alternative solution. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am not asking for an unreasonable favour. I simply expect Dell to honor its responsibility to repair or replace a defective product within a reasonable timeframe.

My service reference is .

I am publicly raising this now because the normal support process has clearly failed. I do not want another copy-and-paste response telling me that the parts team has been informed to expedite the shipment. I have already received that message repeatedly.

I want this escalated to Dell management. Specifically, I am asking Dell to:

  1. Have a senior customer-care manager take ownership of this case immediately.
  2. Provide me with a firm and realistic resolution date, not another provisional ETA.
  3. Explain why the ETA has been pushed from 12 Aug → 19 Aug → 28 Aug.
  4. Provide an alternative resolution if Dell cannot obtain the replacement part promptly — including replacement of the monitor rather than leaving me indefinitely waiting for a part.
  5. Stop sending me repetitive status updates and actually resolve the underlying issue.

Dell, I have been patient. I have cooperated with your support process. But patience should not mean accepting an indefinite delay while the promised date keeps getting pushed back. I am asking for management to intervene now.

I totally support, I my case ETA was pusshed for 10 days from Aug 14 to Aug 24, and only answer I could get from order support that they have parts shortage and working hard on resolving the issue. But solution came unexpectadly, tired of bad service from support team I made the dession to cancel my order, and here you go, 30 minutes later I am receiving the email stating that i did the right thing canceling my order and the device I have ordered is at the end of life.

So it took 9 days and order cancelation for order support team to figure out that the device is at the end of life.

Maybe DELL should propose to customers to buy premium order support during the device purchase?

I had a very bad experience.

I have opened two tickets for order support, I have made one phone call to order support team, I have sent 4 emeils, I did not recieve any request to rate my experience with order suport. It looks like DELL does not care.

There are no "parts" for monitors - if the monitor has failed under warranty, it will be replaced.

And if this is a new device less than 30 days from shipment, ask for a refund and re-order.
