Extremely Poor Service
I ordered a Dell Pro 24 Plus 16:10 Monitor - P2425 on 02-05-26 and was informed the following:
UPS on 06-05-26 @18:31 will be delivered on 07-05-26 end of the day
Dell on 05-05-26 @ 19:00 order with carrier
Dell on 05-05-26 @ 20:04 Great news order on its way estimated to arrive by 10-07-26!!!!
UPS on 06-05-26 @ 08:37 rescheduled 06-05-26 end of the day
Dell on 06-05-26 @ 14:06 delivery unsuccessful
UPS on 06-05-26 @ 14:42 reviewing request to leave at neighbours delivery date 05-07-26!!!!
This was the last notification i have received from either Dell or UPS
This service is disgraceful, I would have been at home on the first delivery date of 07-05-26 but I was not on the previous day.
I will never use Dell again and you may as well cancel my order and return my money as I do not intend to wait 2 months until it is delivered in July
