FAQ - Dell Gift Card
* Promotional eGift Cards = 90 day card expiration. It is the responsibility of the user to redeem the card within 90 days.
* Promotional eGift Cards are not valid for Dell Outlet purchases.
* It will take up to 20 business days for the Gift Card to arrive via email. Be sure to check your email spam folder and filters. Call the Gift Card team directly at 1-877-819-3355. Provide to them your Dell order number and explain that you have not received the card
* You may check the balance remaining on your Promo Card by calling 1-800-242-5353
