Faulty Alienware Aurora ACT1250

Hi

We purchased this desktop in Dec 25 and from day one it has been nothing but trouble. We have had numerous contact with support assist which is still ongoing, they keep promising they know what the problem is and can fix it , but here we are in April 26 and we still can't use the computer.

This computer is therefore not fit for the purpose in which it was described "gaming desktop" as it won't work for long enough to put software on it never mind gaming.

Please can you advise how we obtain a refund as this computer cost in excess of £2000
