Fedex tracking still shows label created

I have had the same thing, FEDEX tracking says the label been created. It has been three days since they "shipped" my XPS laptop. I have tried the chat function but that has never worked in two weeks. I called the number but I don't have time to wait 30 minutes. I actually have to take the day off since they will not just send to the FEDEX store per customer service. 

I just checked, label created 04/17 @ 0917 so it been five days. I think they do that just make you think it will be shipped. It all a sham! Mine was supposes to be delivered today. I think I will cancel. It is not worth the frustration. 

I'm experiencing the same as well in Cal. I assume its related to our current outbreak, but Dell still should be honest and provide the answer if there is in fact a delay. 

Dell CS says it because it in route to the US. I guess after being assembled overseas. Supposedly, it will arrive in the states on the 27th after that I should see some movement via tracking #. In all seriousness, I doubt I will see this month. My wife told me to go don to Best Buy or the base.....I wish I had listen to her.

I am having the same issue, I received an email from Dell that my alienware m15 r2 had shipped. Now its been 3 or 4 days saying delivery date pending. Id#2006899772839
