Formal Dispute: Persistent Hardware Defect and Request for Resolution
Subject: Formal Dispute: Persistent Hardware Defect and Request for Resolution - [Insert Order or Serial Number]
Dear Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally escalate a persistent hardware issue with my computer. This machine has had a drive defect from the very beginning, dating back to the exact day I first turned it on. Recently, the drive stopped working entirely.
If you review your records, you will see a documented history of this issue showing that I reported it immediately. Unfortunately, your support team continuously delayed a resolution rather than addressing the core hardware failure. By dragging out the troubleshooting process, your company ran out the clock on my standard return window.
An expired return window does not absolve you of the responsibility to fix a product that arrived defective. Because this is an ongoing hardware failure that was reported during the valid warranty and return period, I expect your company to make this right.
I request that you review my case history immediately and provide a choice of either a replacement unit or a full refund. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.
It has not ran like it should from the time I got this computer at all I have been working with these guy unitl the time ran out for me to return this computer that is what there help is.
