Forum images -- disable default moderation status

Please disable image moderation in the posts since graphics that users add to them are displayed as "yellow triangle" by default (image is displayed only for the logged in author and he/she thinks that it is visible for all of us since there is no clue about that) and it take weeks (if ever) until they are displayed in original form.

Because of that some user posts are buried waiting for problem solution since community can't see "visual proof of issues" attached to the messages. "Visual guides" in responses are also prevented from being displayed so it's harder to provide help for non-technical users.

If not possible - just disable ability to host images here (remove the "Photos" icon from editor toolbar) and recommend using some external service for that purpose.
