Giving feedback & communicating with managers

I've had a bad experience with with a new pc that I bought in November 2012. I would like to discuss my experiences as a customer with a manager, but this appears to be impossible. How do customers have a telephone conversation with managers?

Martin,
Let's start this way.... one of these people will help you one on one.  If necessary they can get you in contact with a manager.

Here are some instruction:

* Contact one of our Customer Care/Order Support Liaisons via a Private message. Please only message ONE of them -

DELL-Ravi C http://dell.to/T0XQim DELL-Roshan L http://dell.to/Wmvhf2 DELL-Harish M http://dell.to/Z2oW6o DELL-Frances Y http://dell.to/ZMSF4M DELL-Lorna M http://dell.to/PWMBSV

* Once you have clicked on one of the links, click Start conversation or Send Email. They will need the following information to investigate -
  • Email Address:
  • Name:
  • Shipping Address:
  • Phone Number:
  • Dell order number or Service Tag number:
  • Issues
They'll return your email, just give them a day or two. I hope this helps you out.
