HAD ENOUGH !

I have a DELL XPS 15 computer which is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. It has multiple issues. I could call DELL everyday to try and repair one or more problems and I have called many many many times. 

This has been escalated and the latest option to replace Windows. Doing this remotely FAILED ( funny that ) so they sent me a external file to do it directly. I have now had 2 diarised windows when the DELL service support person was expected to call me - Friday and today. These calls have no happened. I rearranged meetings to ensure that I was free at this time. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE service from DELL. My computer is a LEMON. It is still under warranty but time ticks by and the problems don't go away.  I am bewildered as to why you can not simply replace this computer which has never worked properly as it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and currently costs me time ( I work for a small partnership and we are self employed ) and therefore costs me money every time I spend over an hour with a service consultant to go back over the issues from the start. They NEVER read the previous notes. 

Our company are shareholders in DELL Corporation. So as a Shareholder and owner of one of your computers I expect BETTER. 

I am at the point of sending this computer to the UK CEO and ask him to use it for a day and see how he copes with the issues.  

I have given you enough chances - now the only result I will accept is a NEW REPLACEMENT and with 14 days. I think this is reasonable and more cost effective than the time and money spent so far and getting now where. 

Please respond as no response to this email will leave me with yet another data point against DELL service which will go into the letter to the CEO.
