HELP - New Laptop but Support assistant doesn't work
Please help - Received brand new laptop yesterday. Support assist can't seem to submit the form with contact information. Paid for 3 year extended support. I contact support via chat and they say my service tag is invalid. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Update on this issue. After 5 calls to tech support (Transferred multiple times and then disconnected 4 times) I finally got to an agent that took action to create a ticket and submit it vs. transferring me. It was fixed in 10 minutes. If only Dell would prevent me from having to call in 5 times to solve a simple problem on a new order.
