Help with Paying bills

Hello-

I am trying to make my second payment on a Dell Laptop.  1st payment was by check.  Your statement arrived too late for me to send my second check., so I want to pay through my bank account like all my other bills.  Your DELL Rep gave me poor information for Comedity Capital Bank to send an ACH Check.  I need all the information for physical Address including a phone number for this to occur.  Nothing has been sent to me by Comedity Capital Bank after my purchase....and I have no phone number to verify my payment.   I don't want a bank or another service to come in and take money out of my account.  In past years paying Dell was so easy--what is going on????????? and please send me the correct info to pay on my laptop. I have to have a phone number.  PLEASE.  I tried to get someone by phone at Dell to help me---no luck.
