Horrible support experience!

I’m not sure what to do anymore. I honestly have had enough with Dell at this point.


Trying to figure out how to contact a U.S. English speaking tech support agent.

My experience with dells Indian call centers have been atrocious!

Ive  experienced extremely rude behavior, put on hold without warning, I just called again a few minutes ago and it sounded like the guy took off his headset and put it in his pocket. He just stopped responding and everything got muffled.


I want to talk to someone from the U.S. 

I have been dealing with tech support for a month.

they replaced my m18 r1 motherboard and heatsink. Got it back and it was worse than before I sent it in. It was sent to the arc center even. I got that confirmed.

Laptop looses battery while plugged in, performance tanks out of the blue (it’s not overheating) it crashes, freezes and BSOD’s. I get a range of errors upon googling seemed linked to the 13th gen processor issues Intel has. 

i tried calling I get the run around, I have tried texting. That worked at first but then I just started to get the run around.

i have been asked to trouble shoot, swapped power supplies, installed new ram, cleared cmos, installed different drivers, used dell log collector and sent the files in, sent pictures, sent videos, reinstalled windows, the guy insinuated I was lying about the install for whatever reason I had to send him proof of the install date and system info before he believed me. My warranty was about to expire and I have gotten the run around for so long I ended up spending another $655 to get my warranty extended. I even have accidental coverage. I have had 3 “supervisors” say my laptop needs to be sent back in through texted. But then the next text is back to troubleshooting the same steps as before. They can scroll up and read them. This has happened 3 times!  

i am at my wits end, this has left such a bad taste in my mouth. Horrible horrible experience, my coworker even overheard one of the conversations I had and was shocked.

I have all of the texts messages with them saved to my phone. Hundreds of texts.

please help.
