How do I contact Dell UK?
Does anyone know how I can contact Dell UK? I cannot get in touch with Dell to find what happened to my order. I ordered cartridges for my Dell printer on 23rd October. It is now 7 November and I have had no cartridges or any information from Dell. Nada. Nix. I tried to phone their "Customer Support" number (0844-444-4712) and use their enquiry form for following up orders but these refuse to accept my enquiry. I have an Internet Receipt Number: for my order but Dell's automated responses refuse to accept that. I have been trying for several days to contact Dell without success. This is extremely frustrating. And my cartridges are running out.

I found this number 0844-444-5818. You may also try email.

Thanks Chris.
However the number you mention gives exactly the same problem that I had before.
The computer woman requires an order number to check.
She won't accept my internet receipt number. Just keeps plaintively repeating enter my order number.
Similarly, the email link you suggest is not an e-mail. It is what I tried before.
It is a form. And it refuses to accept my internet receipt number. Just hangs and won't go any further.

I used the "Dell Supplies Ordering Utility" which is on my Dell computer.
The Dell printer software put it there.
It shows the web page www.dell.com/supplies and goes to a web page that is headed "Dell Ink, Toner a& Printer Cartridges" and contains my deatils and details of my printer
After I ordered the cartridges I got an e-mail back with the heading "Dell Order Acknowledgement - Internet Receipt Number: GB0134-8872-03658" my order details and my details.
There was no Dell order nor Dell customer number

I have never heard of an "internet receipt number". If you ordered them directly from the Dell UK site, you would have received a Dell order and Dell customer number. What site did you use?
