How do I get in touch with a manager?

I would really like to speak to a manager, and I'm not sure how to make that happen. I've been hung up on it chat, and when I called in the Servce Agent that I spoke with insisted on helping me troubleshoot (which I did not ask for) instead of transferring me to a manager. 


I program and work with computers for a living, and have been using computers for 25 years. I have never, in all of my life, had a worse experience with a computer and support staff.


I assume this isn't the experience that Dell wants it's customers to have, so I am trying to figure out a way to get in touch with a manager, because none of the staff that I talk to will help me with that.
