How does someone contact Dell USA Support by e-mail?

can anyone provide an e-mail address to tech support that is functioning? no way to get help because of a hearing problem I can't understand their agents phone calls. My hd is failing and I have run all the required tests but when called to schedule a tech to exchange my hd I can not hear the agent. Please help me! Thank you in advance.

To receive assistance from DELL-Cares Order or Technical chat support, they need to first verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the DELL-Cares username. On the right, click, "Send this user a direct message". Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
