I have been charged twice for my products

I made two orders with Dell and both of them was charged twice in my bank account. There is a charge at april 7 and another one at april 9 for both of my orders.

How can I solve this problem?

The account is never charged, when the order is placed there is an authorization request made to your bank for the value of the order.

Once the authorization is received the same amount is placed on hold or in simple words blocked.

You cannot use this blocked amount until it is removed or either the amount is deducted after the order is shipped.

The blocked status will show as an entry of the account being charged which will get dropped off once the order is shipped or canceled.

If at all the account is charged for any duplicate orders there will be only a single charge.
