In Production/Delivery Date Question....
I ordered an Alienware Laptop on March 26. Estimated delivery date says April 9th. I pulled up my order status today (April 8th). It stated the laptop is still in production with an estimated delivery date of April 9th still. A bit of clarification on how the tracking system works? Would like to know if I need to have someone at home for delivery...

You can check and see when it ships. Depending on what delivery service you choose, along with when they 'estimate' it will get there gives you an idea when to expect it. Yes, you'll need someone over 18 there to sign for it.
