Inspiron 7391 2-in-1, service part backlog

My laptop has broken the camera after 1 week. Service request created but up to now is over 20 days still waiting. I tried to contact support but returned result that my ticket closed! unacceptable. Do I need to open a new ticket?  really disappoint. My ticket header: Cust | IW | Camera issue [ ref:_00D0bGaMp._5002R1Da6K6:ref ]

Currently the part required for the service was unavailable due to which there was a delay. The part is expected to be available by 20th November, 2020. Once the part is delivered to the technician, they will contact you to schedule the service appointment.

 

Update November 23 = We see the service was completed successfully.
