international transfer
I bought the laptop 3 month ago in China and right now I am studying in a university in US. Recently, my pc broke down and I have to transfer my warranty. However, it said that it takes 15 business day to get it done. I just curious does it really take half a month to do it. I am a student and I really need a computer and the files in it. Can you make the transfer faster?

Hi,
I'd reached out to the warranty team and I see that the request has not gone through as the details provided did not match our records. I would request you to fill the form again and let us know so that we can help you further.

Thank you fro your message, Anyang.
You could mention your mom's name under the company name's tab and the ZIP code will be the ZIP code in your residential location.

Just ask my mom about the information. In the transfer sheet, I need to fill the company name and zip code but my mom said that she bought it through individual employee procurement so she does not think it has a company name or zip code. Can you help me to ask the warranty group? PS: I fill the dell for company and I use the zip code of shanghai
